Our Chef Demetris Genadiou is the Executive Chef at the Thalassa Hot Stone Grill and Chill-out Bar since its opening in 2012. He has developed an innovative and exciting menu which respects culinary traditions while remembering that great cooking is about fresh ingredients handled with sensitivity and passion.

A juicy rib-eye with caramelized onions, grilled fresh vegetables and your choice of sautéed, Williams or jacket potato, served with a smoked honey mustard sauce.

Grilling on stone is recognized as one of the healthiest methods of cooking as all produce is completely trimmed of fats and no added oil is used. We are passionate about cooking on the stone; it's fun, interactive and cooks every mouthful exactly as you like, with the last bite as hot and delicious as the first.
Either a choice of juicy cut prime aged beef or a selection of seafood such as scallops, fresh salmon, tiger prawns or sea-bream fillet to be cooked on a hot lava stone will surprise and amaze.
